Roads / streets in Varadero aren't all that great and unless you're an experienced driver you'll find it challenging at the least and a little terrifying at the most.

Re: Mopeds in Varadero. 13 years ago. Save. There was a scooter rental place 50 feet from my hotel ( Blau Varadero ). Rates were as follows: 12 CUC for 2 hrs. 18 CUC for 4 hrs. 24 CUC for 24 hrs. 50 CUC deposit on all rentals 24 hrs or more.
